KEES Tasks Generating with KANCARE CLEARINGHOUSE as the Task Owner in CURRENT - FIXED

The reported issue of tasks in CURRENT showing assigned to KANCARE CLEARINGHOUSE instead of the Worker ID has been fixed.

 

Medical Processing Deadlines   

KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2024 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

 

 

Non-Medical Programs

 

Verification Detail Type Desk Aid

The Verification Detail Type Desk Aid has been updated with Spanish translations and is available on the KEES Training Resources Page.  You can find it here - Verification Detail Type Desk Aid.pdf (ks.gov).

 

SSP Change Tasks

Change tasks generated from the Self-Service Portal (SSP) are generating for the Administrative queue as expected, but with a Region and Location of DCF Central Office. In order to find these tasks in KEES, staff need to leave the Region and Location blank, or use a Region and Location of DCF Central Office when searching for these tasks on the Task Inventory page.

 

Gift Income

KEES Help Desk is investigating reports of Gift income not counting correctly on the EDBC results.  Staff is advised to carefully review EDBC results and if this issue is encountered, submit an incident ticket to KEES Help Desk.

 

Normalized Address Tool

KEES Help Desk has received reports that the Normalized Address Tool is normalizing apartment addresses with Complex Name, Apartment Number and Street Number all in Address Line 1.  Please review the address and submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk.

 

F856: Consolidated Work Requirements Form not Generating as Expected

KEES Help Desk has received reports that the F856: Consolidated Work Requirements did not generate as expected.  If workers find that the F856 did not generate as expected, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2023 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
