Generating the V000: More Information Needed form from Verification List page (form number corrected)
An issue using the Generate Form button on the Verification List page has been discovered. Staff need to make sure they select the checkboxes on the Verification List page next to the verifications that should populate the V000: More Information Needed form. If staff do not check any verifications the V001: Verification Request List form will generate, which is a KDHE form.
