We are aware that in some situations, KEES is not holding the worker assignment as it shows in Current™. Staff need to make sure they are not reassigning tasks to different Casebanks or Queues in KEES after a task has been claimed in Current™. Reassigning a task in KEES will automatically drop the worker assignment and will flip the KEES Task Status back to New (the Status Reason will not change – ie, if it was set to KDHE-On Hold, it will stay as such).
We are aware of Contact Logs not saving the phone number format correctly. This is causing the downstream impact of prohibiting updates to the Contact Log Entry for Grievances when logging first or second attempts at resolution. If you encounter this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.
We are aware of some E&D/LTC programs not being sent a review. If you come across this issue, please create a KEES Help Desk ticket. After the reporting record is created by the KEES Help Desk, workers must send out the pre-populated review with a 30-day due date.
We are aware that some of the workarounds in the KEES User Manual are missing. KEES Operations Staff are working on reinstating the workarounds back into the user manual ASAP. If you need one of the workarounds before they are published, please email kdhe.EligibilityBAs@ks.gov for a copy to be sent to you.
