Searching for Change tasks in the Administrative Queue created for e-Changes

e-Changes submitted from the Self-Service Portal (SSP) generate a Change task in the Administrative queue. It appears they are currently generating without an associated region. Until this issue is fixed, staff need to leave the Region drop-down menu selection blank on the Task Inventory page in order to find Change tasks generated from the SSP for an office location.

 

Postponed Verifications Standard Copy and Paste Text for Expedited Food Assistance

The text below has been added to the KEES User Manual under the Standard Copy and Paste Text folder in the Food Assistance section. It can be added to the comments section of the Approval NOA if the postponed verifications wording does not display due to missed steps when processing the Food Assistance application.

 

DCF postponed required verification because you needed food assistance right away. DCF cannot give you any more food assistance until you give us the required verification. The required information you need to give us is on the Verification Request List provided to you. If you do not provide the required information, your food assistance case will be closed. If the information you give us changes the amount of your food assistance benefits, they may be changed without further notice.
