The Updates made to the CE Adjustment and Merge Reasons are as follows:
Added a reason of Change in Circumstance - This is to be used when a reported change now affects the CE Period.
Help Desk Assumption has been changed to Help Desk Adjustment.
Merge Adjustment and Conversion Not Completed are no longer selectable by staff.
The V600 will now populate the consumers name when selected on the Document Parameters page.
The dropdowns on the Add another income record in Spanish will now populate correctly.
The dropdowns on the Medical Expense page for the How Often field in Spanish will now populate correctly.
The red asterisk will now populate on the Sold, Spent and Given away property screen and the How Often field on the Dependent Care Expense screen displayed in Spanish.
The translation on the Job Detail page has been fixed.
PE Listing report- will now display the Medical Denial Reason.
PE Listing Report- will now display the correct PE Discontinuance Date.
The confirmation number will now display on the PDF Print Application.

EWAP is a federally funded assistance program from the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 and The American Rescue Plan of 2021. This program is designed to help low income households with drinking water and wastewater bills. Kansas has chosen to concentrate its efforts toward assisting households who are currently disconnected or in danger of being disconnected from drinking water and/or wastewater services.

The application process for EWAP is paper only. Functionality has not been added to the DCF Self-Service Portal (SSP). A specialized team of DCF Employment Services Career Navigators has been identified and trained to work this new program.
