Batch Keeping PA Active with CTM Despite no Eligible CH in the HH

We are aware that the Child Turns 19 Batch is not closing adult caretakers when their child is no longer eligible for CTM/CH/N/N benefits. If you come across this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.

 

Unable to Add Text In the "Other reason listed here:" Field on Form V400 – General Notice of Discontinuance

We are aware of staff not being able to add text into the Other Reason Listed Here field after they navigate away from the textbox. If you are adding information into that field, ensure that you do not click away from the field before you are finished adding the additional information. If you click away, then you will need to start the process over again.

 

 

Healthy Blue MCO Available in KEES

Beginning December 1st, 2024, Healthy Blue will be available for consumers to select in the SSP and PE Portal. Eligibility staff will see the MCO available on the Individual Demographics page in KEES, and the Managed Care Assignment field in KMMS.
