As part of the 11/21 release, several tasks were removed and replaced with more granular tasks. The tasks that remained “in-flight” were producing a zero error when clicked on; additionally, the Task link within the context of the case would also produce a zero error. A data fix has been run to remove these tasks and in some instances a new task was produced in its place. If Staff should come across any of the below listed tasks, a KEES Help Desk ticket should be submitted.

The Average Calculator on the Income Amount Detail page is not calculating correctly when a blank entry is added to the calculator and then removed. If a row is added in error, staff should leave the blank entry, or cancel out of the page and re-enter the information without the extra row of blank data.

The KEES Help Desk has been receiving tickets regarding new cases created as part of the No Touch process that was updated in the November Release. The expectation at this time is that staff should continue to work the application on these new case numbers, and unless there is a policy reason, there is no need for staff to close these cases and add, or combine them with another case. Staff will be notified in the event this direction changes in the future.

Due to an error during the eLinking process, case numbers were not being passed back to the registration task thereby preventing it from being completed. This issue has been fixed.
