Staff need to reset the default application plan and capture profile from the Perceptive Content Toolbar. This currently defaults to the barcoded documents application plan and will cause non-barcoded documents to error out, which we are already seeing this morning.
Log into Perceptive Content.
Left click the drop-down caret for the Capture button on the toolbar.
Right click the appropriate capture profile to set it as the default (ex: Package Mode).
Left click the Set as Default Action.
Left click the drop-down caret next to the Applications button on the toolbar.
Right click the appropriate application plan to set it as the default (ex: KEES Case).
Left click the Set as Default Action.

An Emergency Allotment Issuance for November Food Assistance households was sent to the EBT provider (FIS) this past weekend. The staggered issuance that was planned for this was not applied therefore consumers received their benefits on December 5th if the case was successfully ran through the batch. Issuance History displayed the expected staggered issuance date on Issuance History today. An update is being worked on for those cases to be updated to display the actual issuance date of 12/5/2021. We will send out an update once the update is complete. Cases that require cleanup will continue to follow the issuance logic being available the date after EDBC is accepted and saved.
