The KEES Help Desk has received reports of the P202: Provider Eligibility Notice not generating. If the worker finds the P202 did not generate please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket. The worker can use the Standard Copy and Paste text below in the P101: Child Care Provider General Notice until this issue is resolved. See Generating a Form in the Non-Medical KEES User Manual for guidance on how to generate the P101.
