Friday 12/6: 6am – 8pm
Saturday 12/7: 12pm – 9pm
Sunday 12/8: 6am – 9pm Monday
A build is scheduled for this weekend. Below is a summary of what is included in the release.
EDBC will no longer deny coverage for an individual when a Guardian/Conservator/Legal Guardian who is unrelated to them applies on their behalf and has Care and Control set for them.
CURRENT has more restrictive rules on received dates than what is currently in KEES, which causes lost work. Due to this issue, we are adding more restrictive rules on received dates in KEES.
Received dates in KEES will allow for dates to be set 3 days in the future. This is the same as CURRENT rules.
Received dates in KEES will allow for dates going back to 01/01/2020, while CURRENT received dates are allowed back to 01/01/2000. The only dates we see in KEES before 2020 are due to typos.
An error will appear if the received date is before 01/01/2020 or after 3 days from the date you are setting the task.
The error will only appear for regions KDHE Central Office, KDHE Clearinghouse, and KDHE Outstationed.

KEES will change from CTM to TMD at review when the CE period changed due to a reported pregnancy.
KIERA Chat Box will no longer duplicate journal entries.
The 8305 error will not occur when a worker is attempting to rescind a consumer using the reason 1st Month Ineligible.
The Process MAGI Pre-Populated Review task will generate with a received date.
Staff can enter information into the Other reason listed here field after navigating away.
The phone number will save in the correct format when logging entries for Grievances.
Previously when a worker experienced a name change, this was disrupting the communication between Current™ and KEES and was causing KEES Tasks to not show as Assigned like they should. This has now been fixed.
Sometimes when a task was completed in Current™, it was not updating to complete in KEES. This issue has now been fixed. Starting Monday, if you complete a task in Current™ and notice that the KEES task did not update appropriately, please submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk.
The KMMS monthly file for January eligibility will be sent to Gainwell earlier than normal this month. The file will be sent the night of December 18, 2024, instead of December 19, 2024.

No training materials or updates with this release.
All references to Self-Payment have been removed to be aligned with policy.
A new list of activities has been added to KEES for FAET. Some activities have been added or changed for TANF Work Programs. These lists will appear for selection dynamically based on which program block is open on the case.
The start date for activities will now be editable.
The appointment prompt will now default to No.
The client’s name and program will appear along with the program block number when assigning a client to an activity.
A customer schedule will need to be created when the application month and the beginning date of aid are in different months.
The batch generated forms will now display the childcare plan as well as the family plan amounts.
The Income error message will no longer display when running Multi-Month EDBC for TANF.
The office location will now appear on the top left side of the F847 notice.
The family share deduction will now be counted in the second month when running Multi-Month EDBC.
Comments will now be added to the tracker when added by the LIEAP BOT.
