KEES is not denying TANF applications as expected when there is an active CSS Non-Cooperation record on the Eligibility Non-Compliance page. Staff can use Negative Action to deny the application as a workaround.
In situations where a Child Care program was closed and then reapplied prior to the original review date, the Family Plan End Date is populating incorrectly to match the original review date. If this happens, staff will need to manually update the Family Plan End Date to allow for the correct 12 months of eligibility.
A data fix was applied last night on the cases that ran through the Emergency Allotment batch this past weekend. The issuance date should now show 12/5/2021 appropriately on Issuance History and any impacted reports.
