We are currently looking into an issue with PDFs that did not generate for FFM applications. Registration Staff should continue to report this to the KEES Help Desk as they come across eApps that have no associated PDF in Perceptive Content. We are working on getting these regenerated and will provide an update as soon as one is available.
It appears that there may be an issue with the FFM de-duplication process. The FFM file is usually de-duplicated daily before the applications are put into KEES. It appears this may not be working for new FFM applications. Staff should follow their process for handling duplicate applications while we look into this.
Reports have been received that the timestamp on the Medical SSP PDF does not match the timestamp on the eApplication Summary page. We are looking into this issue; however, the timestamp on the eApplication Summary page is the source of truth for when the application was received. Staff no longer need to submit tickets for this issue.
We are aware that there are some issues with making successful interface calls. We are still looking into this issue. Staff should continue to report this issue when they encounter it. We will provide another update as soon as one is available.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
Staff have reported seeing an incorrect Review Due Date populated on the EDBC Summary page after running EDBC. So far this has only been seen on FA programs. After researching the reported cases further, it appears that this is a display only issue; however, staff should still double check the Redeter Record after running EDBC to ensure that information appears correct. Staff only need to submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk if this is seen on a program other than FA -or- if something updates incorrectly (or fails to update appropriately) on the Redeter Record.
