The reported issue of Rescinded program blocks not having a high-dated Pending status after the use of Application Opened in Error has been fixed. However, staff should still refrain from using this Negative Action reason. If an application is registered in error, a ticket should be submitted to the KEES Help Desk for it to be addressed by Help Desk Staff.
The issue where the Rescind Detail page was only presenting one group of Program Persons at a time rather than presenting all appropriate persons at the same time, has now been fixed.
While the two major issues with the Rescind function have now been fixed, staff should note that some cases that were impacted by these defects may still need a data fix before they will be ready to be worked. If a ticket has been submitted to the KEES Help Desk for a registration related issue, please know that we are working through these cases as fast as we can. Please refrain from applying any unapproved workarounds to these cases.
