We are aware of the hard validation displaying for the field Parolee Type when the field doesn’t display on the Non-Citizenship Status Detail page. If you encounter this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.
We have received a few examples where KEES did not determine the correct RCD result for someone (at application or review). Please ensure you are reviewing RCD results for accuracy and if you should encounter improper results, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.
The KMMS monthly file for January eligibility will be sent to Gainwell earlier than normal this month. The file will be sent the night of December 18, 2024, instead of December 19, 2024.
