The Working Healthy section of the KEES User Manual has been updated to include instructions on performing the Working Healthy Medically Improved Override Process in situations where a consumer works 40 hours per month but under 40 hours per week.

There has been an issue found with a specific household group and it is resulting in a benefit of $799.20 rather than $799.00. Please do not accept and save these as a fix is being identified and should be in soon.
There have been two issues found that could affect the LIEAP EDBC. If you are not getting a benefit amount, verify that the LIEAP Budget has been created as expected.
If the EDBC is missing the Assistance Unit Size, Dwelling Type and Fuel Type (as indicated in screenshot below), please navigate to the Energy Information Detail page.

If there are multiple records for the LIEAP application month, then edit the Energy Information Detail record that has a Begin Date as the current LIEAP application date and enter the first day of the application month. This will effective date the previous Energy Information Detail record as the last day of the month prior.
NOTE: When adding an Energy Information Detail record be sure to use the 1st day of the application month. This date defaults to the application date. If the application is received in December, the Energy Information Detail record should start 12/1/19, this will effective date the previous Energy Information Detail record to end 11/30/19.
If the EDBC is missing the Vendor Utility Type Code (as indicated in the screenshot below), please navigate to the Money Management page.

If the same vendor exists for the previous LIEAP season as a priority 1 vendor, please edit the record and update the priority to 3. There should never be more than one priority 1 vendor listed on the Money Management page.
