At this time, we request staff refraining from utilizing the Negation Action reason of Application Opened in Error. Until further notice, all users should submit a KEES Help Desk ticket if there is a situation requiring a registered application date that needs to be removed from a program. Currently, a defect in the system is not correctly allowing this action; therefore, KEES Help Desk must be notified of every case that requires the need of Application Opened in Error.
