Add a Case Person - Medical

 

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Select New Person from Task Navigation. The Registration Person Search page displays.

  3. Enter the search criteria (First Name, Last Name, SSN, DOB, Aliases and Client ID) and click the Search button. The results display on the Registration Person Search Results page for review.

  4. Click the Create New Person button on the Registration Person Search Results page. The Registration Person Detail page displays. Proceed to STEP 6.

  5. Select the person using the radio button and then click the Use Selected Person button. The Registration Person Detail page displays.

  6. Click the Continue button.

  7. If any additional case persons need to be added, click the Add Person button and repeat this process. If no other case person(s) need to be added, click the Save and Continue button to navigate to the Case Summary page.

  8. Verify all case persons are on the case.

    Add the consumer(s)’s address(es) if it was not added previously or if it is not correct.

  9. Select Contact from Task Navigation. The Contact Summary page displays.

  10. Click the Add button. The Address Detail page displays.

  11. Enter the appropriate Begin Date, Address Type(s) and Address. Click the Save and Return button.  The Select Address page displays.  This page normalizes the address, meaning the address has been put into a standardized format.

  12. Select the radio button for the address to use. Click the Select button.

  13. Select Case Summary from Task Navigation. The Case Summary page displays.
