Added a Person in Error

  1. I completed the registration process.  A consumer was added to the case in error.  What do I do?

From the Case Summary page:

  1. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation and Customer Information from Local Navigation.

  2. Select Household Status from Task Navigation. The Household Status List page displays.

  3. Click the Add button. The Household Status Detail page displays. 

  4. Select the consumer added in error from the Name drop-down menu.  

  5. Select Added in Error from the Living in the Home Status drop-down menu.  

  6. Enter the first day of the application month in the Begin Date field using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.  

  7. Click the Save and Return button.

  8. Select Case Summary from Local Navigation.  

  9. Click the Hide Person hyperlink from Task Navigation.  

  10. Place a check mark for the consumer added in error.  

  11. Click the Save and Continue button.
