Adding a Verification

 

Not all verifications may display on the Verification List page.  Use the Add button from the Verification List page to create additional pending verification.

To add a verification record:

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click the Go button.

  2. Click Eligibility from Global Navigation.

  3. Click Customer Information from Local Navigation.

  4. Click Verifications from Task Navigation.  The Verification List page displays.

  5. Select Medical from the Program Type drop-down menu.

  6. Click the Add button.  The Verification Detail page displays.

  7. Select a Type from the drop-down menu.

  8. Select a Name from the drop-down menu.

  9. Select a Status from the drop-down menu.

  10. Enter a date in the Request Date text box.

  11. Enter a date in the Due Date text box.

  12. Complete the Description text box.

  13. Click the Save and Return button. The Verification List page displays.
