CSS Non-Coop with CTM WA678

 

 

We are aware of the non-compliance record of ‘CSS Non-Coop’ is not discontinuing an individual receiving CTM/PA/N/N coverage. Please follow the steps below to correctly discontinue benefits.

  1. Remove the medical non-compliance record of CSS Non-Coop.

  2. Create a new medical non-compliance record of FTP- information for medical eligibility.

    1. Ensure the override date is entered.

    2. Add comment FTP record added due to CSS Non-Coop record unable to be use.

  3. Run EDBC for the KEES Come-Up Month.

  4. Ensure PA’s CTM coverage is discontinued.

  5. Ensure that the child(ren)’s coverage continues through their CE period.

    1. Delete the system generated NOA and create a manual NOA.

  6. Journal actions taken.

    1. WA678 was used to discontinue CTM coverage for PA.
