Consumer receiving SSI Medical receives MSP/LMB in error

There is a system issue that makes it appear as if the consumer can have SI Medical with MSP/LMB however, the EDBC results provide the error “Error! Validation failed: - EDBC Results are invalid. In order to accept EDBC results you must Override." Completing the steps below to add a customer option record will correct this issue.

1. Navigate to the Customer Options List page.

2. Click Add. The Customer Options Detail will open.

3. Select the Consumer’s name in the Name drop down box.

4. Select Medicare Saving Plan for the Type.

5. Enter the Begin Date.

6. Click Save and Return.

7. Ensure all other records are updated and re-run EDBC.
