The Continuous Eligibility History page displays information of each CE history period associated to the individual selected .
Display Read Only Periods -- This page defaults to displaying Regular CE Periods only. This box can be checked, followed by clicking the View button to display any Read Only CE periods associated to the selected individual.
View button -- can be used if Period Start or Period End dates have been entered or when the Display Read Only Periods box has been checked to update the information displayed in this page.
Information for each individual CE Period is displayed:
Aid Code -- The type of Medical Assistance the person will receive.
CE Begin Month -- This is the start of the CE period.
CE Initial End Month -- This is the end of the original CE period.
CE Actual End Month -- If the new CE end date is adjusted, it will display here.
Adjustment Reason -- The following values can be selected when making an adjustment:
Appeal/Grievance
Change in Circumstance
Disaster
Erroneous Calculation
Help Desk Adjustment
Late Review
New Policy/Regulation Change
CTM Earned Income
CTM Spousal Support
Regular/Read Only
Action -- Has an Edit button to view the Continuous Eligibility Period Detail page the following updates can be made:
CE Actual End Month
Adjustment Reason
Regular/Read Only
Note: After making changes, select the Save and Return button or the Cancel button to return to Continuous Eligibility History page.

Close button – closes this page and returns the user to the Medical Program Detail page.
