Copy Document

 

Copy Document for a Medical Case

  1. Access Perceptive Content.

  2. Set the appropriate application plan as default.  (See Setting Default Application Plan.)

  3. Search and Open the document you wish to copy in the Perceptive Content Viewer.  (See Retrieve Documents.)

  4. Select File and Copy Document or select the Copy Document icon.  The Copy Document dialog opens.

  5. Log into KEES.

  6. Navigate to the Case Summary page for the medical case you want to copy the documents to.

  7. Select the appropriate Application Plan in the Document Keys section.  See Setting Default Application Plan for detailed steps.

  8. The Enter Received Date dialog box displays.
    NOTE:  The Default Date is the current date and the user can manually change the date if needed.

  9. Click OK.  The Document Keys section populates with information from the KEES Case Summary page.

  10. Click the Golden Key icon.

  11. Select the appropriate radio button in the Content section.  If Page Range selected, enter the pages to be copied.

  12. Confirm the Remove selected pages from current document check box is NOT selected.

  13. Click OK.  The Copy Document dialog closes and the original document is present in the Perceptive Content Viewer.

    NOTE:  The new document has been created; retrieve the document by searching for the document keys applied in STEP 8.
