MMIS
Review of the MMIS files has been completed. DXC will begin processing the files in production tonight and eligibility should be updated in MMIS.
Automatic Worker Assignment
Automatic Worker Assignment is assigning programs to the Iola and Greensburg offices. Staff need to manually assign these programs to the office location processing the work. Failing to reassign the Worker ID will impact how tasks are routed and the contact information that displays on Notifications sent from KEES.

Please review all NOAs and if the benefits decreased in October (with no data changes for October), cut and paste the following snippet. In general, NOAs need to be reviewed to be sure they are correct.
Your benefits for October are changing due to the annual Federal adjustments to the Food Assistance benefit amounts.
Workarounds
Denying Program due to Receiving Out of State Benefits:
When using the Other Program Assistance page to deny consumers for receiving benefits in another state, KEES is only denying the adults in the household. To deny the program(s) appropriately, use a Negative Action of Not Eligible - Other Reasons. If eligible in the following month, Rescind the program using the 1st Month Ineligible Rescind Reason and Standard Text for Copy and Paste found in the Non-Medical User Manual.
