Medical Programs Only

EDBC Override

When a worker is overriding the Program Configuration you will not see Change-reporting as a drop-down for Reporting Type. Only Semi-Annual Reporting is available at this time. This will NOT change your outcome as this value does not populate anywhere and does not pull rules into your determination in any way.

Non-Medical Programs Only

Running EDBC for Multiple Programs

Remember to run EDBC for all active programs on a case when processing a change for one program to ensure rules applies changes to all applicable programs, such as a comparable penalty or change in Child Care Family Share.

SMART Payments

All SMART payments sent out as checks. KEES is working to get this issue fixed so that SMART payments get sent out as their designated method set up in SMART.

Updating Addresses in KEES

Remember staff should not edit historical addresses. Same day editing is allowable; all other situations should utilize the Add button. Using the Edit button instead of the Add button to update an address can cause issues with EBT.
