Error Message for Middle name Too Long
Middle name cannot be greater than 20 characters.
EBT can only receive Middle Names that are 15 characters or shorter. When staff receive the error message above on the EDBC List page, they need to remove or update the Middle name on the Individual Demographics page to 15 characters or less.
Immediate Issuance:
Immediate Issuance should only be used on cases that meet Expedited Food Assistance criteria and they are at the end of the timely processing period for expedited Food Assistance. Child Care should never be issued as immediate. If a worker accidently does issue Child Care using Immediate Issuance, they should contact the KEES Help Desk as soon as they realize it.
Ksworks/Keytrain Activity:
All Activities should be open and closed by Career Navigators only. Eligibility Workers should not open a Ksworks/Keytrain Activity whey they apply a CSS penalty.
