Error Received When Adding Prior Medical Months
Error! Retro Months - Retro Months can only be added for persons who are pending or active in their Application Month.
KEES is currently displaying an error message when staff attempt to add prior medical months to the Medical Person Detail page. To workaround this issue, staff should add only one prior medical month at a time and need to click the Save and Return button rather than the Add button after each month. Staff will need to continue repeating the process until all prior medical months have been added.
Resources Not Counted in EDBC
When resources are not included in the EDBC Budget as expected, staff should review the resource records to confirm they are set up appropriately. Incomplete records with missing required fields will prevent the resource from being used properly by EDBC. For example, the Description field must be completed for a property record. In addition, these records will occasionally throw a zero error when attempting to Edit them. If that should happen, the worker should remove the record and create it again.
Verifying SSN using the Request Verification Button
This is a reminder that selecting SSN from the Verification List page will not invoke a call to the Federal HUB. For a list of verification items that can be used to invoke a HUB call, please see the Medical KEES User Manual (Verifications > Using the Request Verification Button).

Barcoded Documents
There appears to be several issues with barcoded documents for DCF. Until the issues are resolved, do not use the ‘Barcoded Document’ document type. Use any other applicable document type to continue imaging barcoded forms and to generate the associated task.
