E-6 Self-Assessment and Orientation Certificate

As a reminder, the E-6 Self-Assessment form and Orientation Certificate used for TANF Eligibility should be imaged to the Critical Correspondence document type.

Fair Hearings

Use of the Fair Hearings functionality in KEES is optional. The pages in KEES provide a means to record dates, times and summary information for Fair Hearings. Information recorded on the pages automatically populates to the Appeal Summary that staff send to OAH and the appellant. It is important to note that staff must continue to use their current process to communicate with OAH and appellants. KEES does not generate any tasks or automatically send information to the recipients of this information.

Non-Compliance Records

The non-compliance Type of Generic should ONLY be used as outlined in the KEES P3 User Manual. At this time its use is limited to drug related penalties.

Verification Timeliness Batch

The Verification Timeliness batch is generating tasks on cases where the person is no longer receiving benefits. A decision has been made to continue to leave this batch running. If you come across a Verifications Not Received task that does not seem to be valid, go ahead and complete it with a Status Reason of DCF-Complete.

V000: Verification Request Form

Verification types and their associated descriptions are populated on the V000: Verification Request form when the Generate Form button is used from the Verification List page. The form only allows 30 characters of text entered on the Verification List page in the Description field.
