Citizenship/Identity verification on SSP Apps
The Help Desk is aware that non-medical cases are coming over from the SSP with Citizenship/Identity pending Federal Data Hub verification. DCF staff should reject the value and proceed as normal. This is a known defect and we are currently working on resolving the issue.
