SMART Payment Message

New functionality has been delivered to KEES on the Issuance History page. When any payment is sent on the SMART file, instead of having the Control Number show TBD on Issuance History, the voucher ID that is sent to SMART displays. The display of the voucher ID is an indication that the payment is in route and staff with access to SMART can view the payment status if needed.

 

Transportation Allowance Issuance

That batch that issues reoccurring Transportation payments will run the night of January 2nd. This means consumers with monthly transportation benefits will receive their benefit on January 3rd.
