COLA Batch Run – April 22nd and 23rd
Approximately 1100 cases were discontinued following the COLA Mass Change run last weekend. This was not expected and KDHE is working with Accenture to develop a solution to restore coverage to those who were impacted. Notices were produced but are currently in ‘On Hold’ status. These notices will be deleted as part of the solution. If a user encounters one of these cases, they are asked to avoid processing until additional instructions are provided. These cases are most easily recognized by a Discontinued notice, with and On Hold status, on the Distributed Documents page. Cases may also have a Benefit Change notice with an EDBC (COLA Run Reason) that resulted in a discontinued person. A list of impacted cases has been shared with the Clearinghouse Operations team.
