New -Request for Verification of Resource Transfers after Approval for LTC. For use when approving LTC with spousal impoverishment and the consumer must provide verification resource transfers were completed
New -Annuity Referral. To be sent to the consumer after Medicaid is approved and the State of Kansas must be listed as the primary beneficiary on an existing annuity. This is intended to replace KAECSES NOA I013.
