Phase 3 Reminder

The KEES upgrade process will begin as scheduled Friday August 18th. The following systems will become unavailable at 6PM Friday:  KEES and Image Now, KAECSES, BARI, BASI, and EATSS. MMIS and Premium Billing will remain available during the upgrade process.

 

Starting Monday August 21st at 7am, the KEES clone environment will be available (will be read only). This environment will be a clone of the Production Environment as it was at 6PM on August 18th. Your Production user name and password will be used to access the clone environment as well. Any access issues to the clone environment should be directed to the KEES Help Desk at 1-844-723-5337 (opt 2) or KEES.HelpDesk@ks.gov.

 

 

Also available Monday August 21st: ImageNow (will be read only), KAECSES (will be read only), BARI, BASI, and EATSS.

 

Emergency Medical cases will be processed during this time through a special process.

Reminders from the KEES Help Desk

Duplicate Client IDs

All identified duplicate client IDs are to be submitted to the KEES Help Desk.  A Job Aid is being developed for future use but in the meantime, all duplicate client IDs will be handled at the KEES Help Desk.

 

Do not transmit PII when reporting issues

Personal Identifying Information (PII) includes full names, dates of birth, and social security numbers. As long as the case number and/or Client ID is included when reporting an issue, the pertinent information is available. If a particular client needs to be identified, you may use first name only along with the Client ID.  All screenshots must have PII redacted. These rules apply for all electronic communication including ServiceNow.
