Auto Closure Batch

The Auto Closure when IR/12 Month or Review is not Received Batch is going to start running effective the last working day of the month, effective this month. The batch will run 3/30/18 instead of 3/16/18.  

It previously ran the 14th calendar day from the end of month.  

The DCF code cards have been updated.
