Workaround Identified: Task Inventory Sort Functionality
The sort functionality on the Task Inventory page is not working properly. The Priority column sorts correctly, but the Priority Date column will not sort at all. For all of the other columns, the sort functionality on the columns is off by one (1) to the left starting with the Contact Type column. Example: If staff wish to sort by the Rec’d Date column, they will need to click on the sort caret on the Task column.
EDBC Not Counting Medical Income Records
Some Medical income records are not getting included in eligibility determinations as expected. When staff notice this, they should navigate to the Verifications List page and filter the results to look for Medical Verified records. Specifically, No Income Reported records for the consumer who has income that is not pulling into the EDBC budget. Staff will need to edit the No Income Reported record and update the status from Verified to Not Applicable. EDBC can now be run and the income will be included in the determination.
