Data Collection

We are receiving reports that staff are removing data from people on cases that is not specific to their agency. This affects eligibility on the Non-Medical case/Medical case.

• What we are seeing is Medical staff are removing income that is marked as Non-Medical. Medical staff should only be touching income that is marked as Medical.

• Non-Medical staff are removing records that are marked as Medical.  Non-Medical staff should only be touching income that is marked as Non-Medical.

This applies to income, resources, and pregnancy as these pages are separated by Medical or Non-Medical program types.

Citizenship/Identity

The Verification Values for the Citizenship/Identity page in KEES are based on Medical programs. Existing values in the US Citizenship and Identity Verification fields should never be changed by DCF staff; this is the case even when the Document Type on File isn’t used for Non-Medical programs.  

The only fields DCF staff update on this page are the:

• Identity Verification Document Type drop-down menus if a value is not already selected.

• Non-Medical Verified drop-down menus for US Citizenship and Identity Verification.
