LIS/MIPPA eApps mapping in Non-Medical resource data
Medical LIS/MIPPA eApps are data mapping in resources as Non-Medical instead of Medical.
Workaround:
Screenshot the record(s) (This does not need to be imaged. It will only be used to ensure accuracy).
Reject the New record(s) on the Resource List page created by data acceptance.
Add the resources manually from the eApp as Medical records and ensure no previous Non-Medical records have been removed based on the screenshot taken in Step 1.
Report Form Reminder Batch
The Report Form Reminder Batch ran March 22nd and NOAs were sent. These cases were then appropriately closed on 3/30/2018 with a closure NOA being sent as expected.
Non-Medical Review/IR/12 Month Report
When pending a Non-Medical Review, IR or 12 Month Report for additional information the Reporting Status must be left as Incomplete on the Review and IR/12 Month Reporting List page in order for Issuance to skip correctly. Non-Medical cases should NEVER be updated to have a Report Status of Reviewed-Ready to Run EDBC on the Review and IR/12 Month Reporting List page. This Report Status allows benefits to continue to be issued to the consumer erroneously; which can lead to overpayments/underpayments due to AGENCY ERROR.
