All EES Programs: CSS Automation
The March release delivered on March 19, 2018 automated the CSS non-compliance and compliance process in KEES. Unfortunately, issues with the automation have been identified and we’ve discovered a need to update some of the data that was entered into KEES prior to the automation. As a result, the automation will be shut off until further notice. We will be stopping the information from coming into KEES tonight and staff will begin adding non-compliance records manually effective Monday, April 9, 2018. Also in reference to the information communicated in the 3/26/2018 Dispatch, there will be an effort done tonight to update the records that were created with the incorrect type and reason for Food Assistance cases. Until further notice staff should revert back to applying non-compliances manually, using the guidance below.
The following steps should be followed until further notice:
Staff will continue imaging in the Memorandum form from CSS to the Correspondence Document Type in the Case - Task basket.
Staff will need to manually add the non-compliance.
For Food Assistance applicants or ongoing case:
Type: Child Support
Reason: Food Assistance
For Child Care and/or TANF:
Applicants:
Type: CSS Non-Cooperation
Reason: CSS Non-Cooperation
Recipients:
Type: Child Support
Reason: 1st Penalty, 2nd Penalty, 3rd Penalty, 4th Penalty
Compliance Information will be received via a report. This will be managed by a small group of people rather than distributed to each office.
