Medicare Expense Type Issue: EDBC wasn’t allowing self-paid Medicare expenses so staff were entering the Medical Expense Type of Medical Expense (FA Only) on the Expense List page. This issue has been fixed; please begin using the Medicare Expense List page to enter all Medicare expenses again.
A report will be ran to identify the population of cases with the Expenses entered utilizing the workaround. Further guidance on updating cases with the applied workaround will be given in a future Dispatch.
