KEES Availability this Weekend

Sunday 4/22: 12pm - 6pm (April KEES build)
A build is going into KEES over the weekend. Below is a summary of what is included in the release as well as the workarounds that are no longer necessary. Release Notes for Medical are listed under Medical Programs and Release Notes for Non-Medical are listed under Non-Medical Programs. If the issue impacted both agencies, it is listed here under All Programs.
KEES April Release Notes
Reports
BPM Report: The task name was populated incorrectly. This has been fixed.
Reviews Received in the Past 12 Months Report: Did not capture completed reviews. This has been fixed.
System Errors
Update Resource Address constraint general error received when updating resource has been fixed.
1700 Error after clicking Run EDBC button on the Run EDBC page due to relationship issue has been fixed.
Non-Compliance Page
The Non-Compliance List page was not displaying entries with no end date without clicking the View button. This has been fixed.
Medicare Expense
The Medicare Expense Detail page will now populate correctly.
Journal
Intermittent slowness with the Journal has been fixed.
Retired Workarounds
Partially retiring WA KDHE Instructions: MAGI Budgets with SSI or LTC Individuals. Staff will continue to follow the instructions outlined for LTC individuals.
KEES April Release Notes
Reports
Intake Summary and Intake Detail Reports: These reports had duplicates. This has been fixed.
FSO
SSI individual’s income will no longer incorrectly be included in the income budgets of other household members that they are included in. These individuals will appear with a role of Family Size Only (FSO). They will increase the household size, but their income will not be budgeted.
Reasonable Compatibility
When Request Verifications was run successfully, but no Reasonable Compatibility record was created. This has been fixed.
Buy In Reminder
The Buy In Deletion Report will be available to eligibility staff on the 14thof each month, or the first working day following the 14thunless otherwise notified. The Buy In file will be sent to CMS early on the morning of the 21st. This means the Buy In Deletion Report will need to be completed by 5:00 PM on the 20th. Any cases newly authorized between the 14thand the 20ththat qualify for immediate buy in, or cases that need the deletion to be removed from the CMS file, will need to have an email sent to the DXC Buy In team no later than 2:00 PM on the 20thso they can be manually processed. Retired Workarounds
EES: Viewing saved information on the Income Amount Detail page. Information will no longer need to be calculated off system.
Child Care Retired P202: Child Care Provider Eligibility Notice. Form was not generating for the provider when the CC Family Plan was created and authorized on EDBC.
TANF: Program rules generated a Status of Denied when the county code was missing from the Physical Address on the Contact Summary page.
KEES April Release Notes
Employment Services
Viewing saved information on the Income Amount Detail page: The Average Amount Weekly Hours and Monthly Hours fields on the Income Amount Detail page were not retaining saved data. This has been fixed and the information no longer needs to be calculated off system.
Food Assistance
IR Due Date will now start appearing on the Food Assistance program block from the Case Summary page.
Forms
P202: Child Care Provider Eligibility Form was not generated for the provider when the CC Family Plan was created and authorized on EDBC. This fix retires the Standard Copy and Paste Text workaround.
TOP
Duplicate address labels were created on the TOP Address Information section and the TOP Joint Debtor Address Information section when offsets are received from the Feds. This has been fixed.
Correction to the 4/17 Dispatch
After further research and confirmation with USPS we need to retract the information sent in the Dispatch on 4/17/2018 regarding address information with C/O entered for a ‘care of’ person. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
