CSS Non-Compliance and Compliance Process Reminder
There have been some misunderstandings related to this process since it was published in the April 6th Dispatch. Please note: CSS staff only send an email with an attached Memorandum to EES when a consumer is in Non-Compliance with CSS. Staff are to image the Memorandum form received from CSS and manually enter the non-compliance information in KEES on the Eligibility Non-Compliance Detail page. Compliance information is received via a report that is worked by a small group of people. An email is not needed from CSS and staff should not reach out to CSS to request this information. Please refer to the April 6, 2018 Dispatch for additional information regarding this process.
DCF IR Reminder Form
The IR Reminder form for May benefits was sent later than expected, it was sent on 4/23 instead of 4/18.
