Saturday 5/12: 8am - 8pm

Clarification to the April 11th KEES Dispatch
Workers may continue to Rescind or Reapply persons/programs during Registration as normal. Cases only need to be submitted to the KEES Help Desk when a person or program has been registered incorrectly.
In addition, when a case is submitted to the KEES Help Desk to have a registration issue fixed, workers should refrain from running any EDBC on the case until the ticket has been resolved. If the case should become an urgent request for coverage or benefits, an email should be sent to the KEES Help Desk referencing the Incident ticket number and stating that there is an urgent need now.
Please remember to always check the Journal prior to processing a case to make sure it hasn’t been submitted to the KEES Help Desk.
