Attached is a KEES processing document for Medical Reviews. It is important that staff follow these steps when processing a Review in KEES.
Setting Future Tasks Reminder
Purple Future Processing tasks are assigned to the Alert queue. Assigning them to the Purple queue in error skews reporting data.
e-Application Status not Updating when Application is Auto-Denied due to No Interview:
The e-Application Status is not updating when an Application is automatically denied due to no interview. Until this is fixed staff should follow the process below for No Show interviews.
When an interview is required, the Eligibility worker claims the task and follows the cold call process. If the cold call is unsuccessful, the Eligibility Worker should:
Create an interview record on the Customer Appointment Detail page with Scheduled selected as the Status.
Complete data acceptance on the Contact Summary page. This step insures the missed interview notice is delivered to the correct address.
Reject the data on the other data collection pages.
Update the e-Application Status to Accepted.
Update the Status Reason on the claimed task to DCF-No Show.

There is a new KEES FA Medical Expense desk aid available on the DCF KEES Phase 3 Training Resource website. EES Eligibility Staff are encouraged to review the desk aid. Any questions can be emailed to the KEES Training Team.
