KEES Availability this Weekend
Saturday 5/26: 8am - 8pm
Sunday 5/27: 12pm - 6pm
A build went into KEES over the weekend. Below is a summary of what was included in the release as well as any workarounds that are no longer necessary.
Reports
MediKan Months Report – The template has been updated and should no longer show extra months data.
Data Acceptance
Third Party Liability – Other Health Insurance - Error received when attempting to complete data acceptance for new records on the OHI page will no longer appear.
Medicare Savings Plan
MSP programs are no longer allowing the extra deduction for the month of April.
Self-Service Portal
Reviews – Medical Applications will no longer be submitted through the SSP as Reviews.
Non-Medical eApps Creating Intake Tasks for Clearinghouse
Non-Medical Applications were erroneously creating Intake tasks in the Registration queue for the Clearinghouse – this has been fixed.

Processing Deadlines – Fiscal Year 2019 can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
Child Care
CC Failing for No Appl – Req Person – In some situations where the household consisted of an 18-yr old Primary Applicant, the PA’s child and the PA’s mother, the rules were failing for No Appl – Req Person. This has been fixed.
Foster Care
Incorrect FC Aid Code – Staff should no longer get incorrect Aid Codes, but should see the proper Aid Code assignment for AG-NIR.
Forms
TOP 60 Day Notice Form
Return Address misspelling has been updated.
The cents value is now displaying (instead of $1400.00, it will display $1400.81).
Data Collection
The KEES Dispatch sent on 3/06/18 instructed staff to not use Resource types as they were being counted erroneously for Non-Medical eligibility. These Resource types have now been removed as options for Non-Medical. As staff encounter cases that have any of these, they should be sure to edit the type to one of the appropriate options available. The four types are:

IR Due Date on Case Summary will continue to display after clicking Close on the Food Assistance Program Detail page.
Journal
Auto Journal log for Work Program Discontinuance – Staff should no longer see duplicate logs being created for Work Programs Discontinuance. A clean-up will be planned to remove the duplicates that were previously created.
Reports
Non-Medical Data View Report – Now includes program persons whose Status Begin Date is before the Program Status Begin Date.
Resource Databank
Provider Type Field – This is now viewable in both Edit and View mode.
