eApplication PDFs not Found in ImageNow *Update*
The issue with the SSP PDFs has been identified and fixed. The SSP PDFs should be generating now, but will require some time to catch up. The PDFs will continue to generate overnight and will hopefully be completely caught up by morning. If staff should still find eApplications tomorrow that do not have a PDF, a ticket should be submitted to the KEES Help Desk.
Non-Compliance JAVA Error *Update*
The issue that was causing a JAVA error on the Non-Compliance page has been fixed. If staff should encounter this issue on any case, a ticket should be submitted to the KEES Help Desk.
