Scheduling Interviews on the Customer Appointment Detail Page:
KEES does not prevent staff from selecting people who are denied/discontinued and/or out of the home on data collection pages unless they are hidden on the case. In order to ensure the interview form is generated and sent to the correct person on the case, always select the Primary Applicant from the Attendees block on the Customer Appointment Detail page when scheduling an appointment. Failing to follow this guidance could generate and send the form to someone who is no longer on the program. See the KEES User Manual > EES Eligibility Programs > Hiding/Unhiding a Case Person – Non-Medical for more information on how to hide a case person.
This only pertains to scheduling interviews. Staff can select other names, such as the Spouse or Authorized Representative, when indicating an interview has been completed.
