Address Normalization

If Address Normalization is not called when adding or updating an address, click the Cancel button and re-enter the address like example #2 below.    

 

 It is not necessary to submit an incident ticket to the Help Desk as this is a known defect.  

 

Example #1 – Address Normalization will not occur:

534 S Kansas Ave, Ste 200

Topeka, KS 66603

 

Example #2 – Address Normalization WILL occur:

534 South Kansas Avenue, Suite 200

Topeka, KS 66603

 

Medical Programs

TBQ Medicare Info – Update to the 7/31 Dispatch

Fixes have been made to the TBQ file. This will now allow all necessary updates to the Medicare information to be completed. Any cases you were previously holding for an update should be updated now.

 

Staff should submit an Incident ticket to the KEES Help Desk if they are experiencing any issues from this point forward.
