The βIs this individual a U.S. Citizen?β question on the Individual Demographics page is a Non-Medical ONLY field. Medical staff should NOT be updating it to a null value with a Pending Verified field. HUB calls are not initiated based on this field.
Non-Medical benefits can be negatively affected in error due to Medical staff updating this field.

EBT Repayments
There are still system issues in applying EBT Repayments, so in the interim, please follow the below process: Please send the ES-3142 form with the repayment information to the EBT unit (DCF.EBTMAIL@ks.gov) and also to Mona Waltmire (Mona.Waltmire@ks.gov) and Eileen Wiedwald (Eileen.Wiedwald@ks.gov) so that action can be taken to apply the EBT repayment in KEES. Once the repayment has been processed, the worker will be notified that this repayment has been applied. Please do not submit a ticket through KEES Help Desk (Service Now).
The KEES Dispatch will be updated when this process changes.
Printing Reminder
The Print option should NOT be used when printing documents in KEES. If printing documents for a consumer in the lobby, the Save and Print Locally option should be used. When using the Print option, there is no record of the document being sent from KEES and it causes errors when scanning the barcoded document to ImageNow.
