From the Distributed Documents Search page, NOA’s will now display with a Status of “Pending Review” until the worker has reviewed and accepted the NOA. All NOA’s should be reviewed for approval by the worker before they are sent to the consumer.
Since we had lots of questions on what to expect for addresses, below is the logic on what conversion used. This is the case status as of conversion, not its current status (meaning if someone made a Pending case Active since cutover, that would mean it could have the non-medical case’s address from KAECSES on it).
The following hierarchy was used to determine the residential and mailing address to convert.

If you are a worker who uses ImageNow to capture images using either a scanner or IN Printer, you will need to set back up any default settings you use as these were cleared during the upgrade.

EBT Case List:
When you’re running EDBC and you use the immediacy indicator of IMMEDIATE, you will receive the following error: Rush issuance for Food Assistance was not successfully submitted to EBT
When you receive this error, go to EBT Case Detail and verify that the balance reflects the correct amount. If it does not, submit an Incident ticket to the KEES Help Desk. This error was found during test, however on all cases we were able to verify that the benefit is being sent correctly. When you’re running EDBC and you use the immediacy indicator of ROUTINE, no error is expected.
NOTE: When clicking the Close button from the EBT Case Detail page, the List page will show blank. Click on EBT Case List from Task Navigation (Also known as Left Hand Navigation) to refresh the List page with results.
eDRS:
The KEES web service for eDRS is not currently working. Staff need to maintain the off system process utilized prior to KEES until further notification.
Tasks:
Imaged Reviews are currently generating tasks without a Region and Location. Since staff are using the tracker to initiate their work, these tasks should be easy to find from the Task Management window when staff are within the context of the KEES case.
Please make sure staff review the Phase 3 DCF Imaged Forms Desk Aid. Some Document Types have changed. Using the incorrect Document Type will generate a task for the wrong DCF queue. Below are two examples of forms imaged to the incorrect Phase 3 Document Type.
