Forgot Password Function

Users can set a new password by providing answers to previously selected challenge questions.

Set a New Password

1. Navigate to the KEES Sign On page or OIM.

2. Click Forgot Password.

3. Enter a User Login on the Password Management page. Click the Next button.

4. Enter the answers to the previously selected Challenge Questions on the Password Management page.  Click the Next button.  

5. Enter a new password and confirm the new password on the Password Management page.
   
   NOTE: Password Policy requirements include:

   • The password is at least 12 characters long.

   • The password contains characters from at least three of the following four categories:

     • English Uppercase Characters (A-Z)

     • Base 10 Digits (0-9)

     • English Lowercase Characters (a-z)

     • Non-alphanumeric (for example: !, $, # or ^)

   • The password does not contain any user ID, first name or last name.

   • The password is not one of 8 previously used passwords.

6. Click the Save button. A window opens confirming the password has been reset.

7. Click the OK button.
